Hey everyone,

I just got my storm yesterday, and I love it! The only issue I'm having is when I delete an email and pick "delete on handset and email" it will not delete the email on my actual email account. Am I doing something wrong? I have gmail, so it's a pretty standard email account. Please help!!

I notice this problem if I select delete when I first get the alert. If I actually open the mailbox and then select delete, it works.

Go to the email acct:

BB key>Options>Email Reconciliation>On Conflicts>Handheld Wins.

Alright, i do not have a Storm, but when you open your Gmail icon>hit menu>options>e-mail reconciliation. Is Delete On set to: Prompt. Wireless Reconcile set to: On. On Conflicts set to: Mailbox Wins.
