I am Using DM 4.7.0.25 and Storm 9530. The same error has been happening that I cannot seem to fix. The computer has been rebooted and Battery pulled.
During synchronization process, while processing the device address book at record 1 I keep getting the same small box titled "Intellisync" that pops up and reads "Unable to read application data". I am not able to complete a sync.
Everything should be restored when you uninstall - if you haven't been able to sync you shouldn't lose anything. You might have to put your custom music or videos back on but other than that you should be good to go.
