I was able to transfer mp3's without issue last night. today i am trying to add more to the phone and anything i try to transfer, mp3, photo's or mp4 video gives me an error message "the device has either stop responding or has disconnected" any ideas.
Make sure that your device has mass storage mode on and has enough power if all ok pull the cord and reconnect the usb and make sure you txfr to the right Drive
