The system was still down when I left tonight so I couldn't go in and get tracking numbers. In the short time I did have in the system, I did see a good number of tracking numbers so you guys should be all set. Only about 100 telesales orders made it out for tomorrow so you guys make up about half the list! I got confirmation from the warehouse that the orders arrived so keep an eye out for them tomorrow.
man, I wish I had been paying attention to you selling them. I went through telesales and "preordered" it last week. I haven't been able to reach my rep all day. I'm screwed aren't I? I'm in some kind of Storm limbo where I don't even know if I should go to a store or if that order will go through.
I ordered and I have not received aything but a receipt and less money...does not having a tracking number destroy your chances of getting the storm tomorrow? Since I did pay 20 more for Saturday arrival???

just because there was no tracking number doesnt mean it wasnt shipped. the phones were still shipped out in most cases even though the system was down.
