I just read about this and they say it is coming out by the end of the year. So it is official. Tivo and Rim are working on a slingbox type app for those of us with Tivos.

I did a search and did not see anything else on here about it. So sorry if this has already been talked about since I am new on here. But I am really excited about this app.

that sounds cool, i use to have TiVo but now i just have Cablevision DVR which does just fine. but like it said in the article its just like slingbox, i would use slingbox for something like this probably not the tivo version but its still cool

I use Orb to stream TV (for those that have a tv tuner pci-card) and video/recorded TV to my mobile phone from my PC. It works really well.
