Assurion sent me a brand new phone with all accessories when I lost mine. Then, later when I found my phone in a snow drift, I called them and all they wanted back was the old phone. No battery, no SD card, no charger. You should get the whole thing.
I have to get a replacement from Assurion and was wondering whether they include a micro sd card or do I have to shell out money to buy a new one?
If your phone is lost or stolen, they send yous phone with sd card and all accessories, unless they tell you otherwise. I just got a replacement thru them and it was aBrand new storm in box.
