Well im on my second storm and im having problems with snow filled screen here and there. Also when i click the screen i hear the normal click but sometimes feels like somethings popping after the screen releases.

but the only problem is i took the sticker off the box for the rebate i made a copy of it and everything am i still eligable to go the verizon store and exchange it for another storm?


and how do i find out where my device was made?

Yes you are still eligible for a replacement. I'm having the same issues. The phone has a popping sound when clicked near the center of the screen as well as the bottom left corner is a dead click.

This will be my third replaced storm. They will keep the new box if you have claimed on your rebate but still send you a new phone.
