Do a search for 'CameraMuteApp" - it was a freebie and quite effective.

I seriously would just buy the QuickLaunch app. You won't believe how much stuff it does for a very small price! Camera mute, tilt lock, flashlight, reset, blutooth/wifi toggles, connections toggle, screen captures, and more. And that's BEFORE you get to the main thing it does, which is give you easy and quick access to your favorite apps, documents, contacts, or whatever. It literally takes the place of about 10 different applications.
if you have a storm...quicklaunch is an ABSOLUTE MUST! before you make another move...get QL...then get back to us
This is what I use. Works great, just wish i didnt have to reset it after each reboot.
i cant find the cameramute option in quicklaunch :confused:
Open QL>bb menu button>options>scroll down to add "add camera mute to system menu">save
Now whenever you want to mute the camera just click your bb menu button and you will have the option on any screen

you can also buy the cameratogo app it has a mute along with a timer for taking pictures.
Quicklaunch is awesome.
LOL.. Anyone else find it off that we need mute our camera? I mean don't get me wrong but I can't believe noone commented on it :)
