    My power / end button seems to be pushed down lower than my BB button, return key and call button. Is your button the same way? Can I fix it some how?

    I have seen that happen. I would probably reccomend getting a replacement. The storms I've seen with that problem end up losing the end key.

    my green AND red buttons are lower than the BB and back buttons..I would say that yours is broken...mine feel solid

    Mine seems to move around a lot like I could get my finger nail under it and pull it off.

    Was worried about it but seems like it isn't going anywhere

    The other buttons are about the same also just don't lift as high.
