Don't hate me, but I just got my replacement storm. ( I don't know how, but I think they have reserve Storms to swap out DOA ones)
It now clicks fine, and seems the same as my "battery cover" modded one. (I'll see if it even better when I mod new one).
BUT, I noticed that this screen slides around a lot looser with slightly wider gaps. I'm kind of anal about some things and this one bugs me, though I would not have known if I didn't have my original one to compare it to. I guess I just have to realize that when you are going to make a million of these, the tolerances won't all be the same.
Have you compared your Storm with your friend's? Do you have Storm envy?
