I just got a bluetooth headset which works great, the only problem I have is the voice recognition on the phone is terrible. Anyone know how I can get it to get the right name everytime??
Not sure if this SW gets smarter but I use it all the time and it seems pretty accurate for me. It even works good if I just number dial also. What headset do you use, maybe that's the problem?
It depends on how you have your contacts set up. If they appear LAST Name, FIRST Name then that is how you have to say the name. I found this out and then it is very accurate. It is to bad but just another bug in the OS

I think this is not the best voice rec. out there. It has problems "getting" Call EDI or Call DAN. I hate the fact that it doesn't have the capability of going in "training mode".
