somebody sent me a text message today and the text has a picture and it also have somebody is sayin something but the volume is not working is there a setting that has to be changed or something??

Try the bb menu key. If you can play something I think it will show up in there to play the media embedded in the message.

Is the volume just down? Maybe your volume is set all the way down? I have mine set so that the next time I play something it comes up with the same setting as last time. So the volume will be the same every time. Unless I change it myself.

in the text message it says volume:9 and its not playin anything
