Im trying to send an email and i keep getting "user account is in suspended mode." Any ideas? I had it working earlier fine, now nothing. Thanks for the help
I had the same thing happen to me. I called VZ and they walked me through resetting my blackberry account. It was simple and the tech was very pleasant to deal with. I'm not sure if it was something I would have been able to do on my own or not. I know just enough about technology to be dangerous!
