I've been attempting to stream live video of the French Open from virtually every link that appears in a Google search, including the Tennis Channel, ESPN, etc. The video player on each of these sites remains blank. Others I know that have iPhones, Droids, etc., are able to stream video. Is this a limitation with BlackBerry, Verizon, or both? Thanks for your help.

Most are likely flash sites. Flash being the most effectively and widely used method of compressing video for web streaming. BBs do not have any flash capability and no browser with the exception of the Uzard browser which doesn't work great on S2 and not over wifi at all. Of course the RIM kool aid drinkers will tell you you don't need flash. Which is good because the new webkit browser in OS6 wont have it either.

Now, just in case some of the sites are using some other form of compression (?), try a battery pull and reloading some of the sites. Good luck.
