For some reason, the earpiece stopped working and I could not hear the person on the other end. I cannot figure out what I did to cause it because I did so many things this morning setting it up. Checked all the volume settings and default volume settings. Changed profiles, checked the mute button, speakerphone, etc. Basically, other people could hear me talking, but I could hear nothing through the earpiece.
Got it fixed with a battery pull, but that was definitely odd. I've loved my storm so far and I'm more than happy to wait on OS updates to fix the minor flaws I've encountered thus far. If this earpiece thing persists, however, I'm going to have to, at least, swap it.
