Look into 123Spoof as well. With that you can go straight to voicemail, or even call someone and have a different number show up then yours. Its free but if you buy the upgraded version you can record calls and change your voice to sound like a male/female. It can be fun, but could be trouble too haha
Well I dont need all the bells and whistles, occasionally I just need to leave a message for someone, and dont feel like having a conversation with them.
SlyDial! I love it. Very simple. I just wish it worked on landlines.
