Two Walmarts in Northwest Arkansas still have over twenty-five Storms available. I walked in today and picked mine up. They have them there just sitting in the case.

Verizon is a part of the Connection Center at most Walmarts where they have service. Prices are crazy cheap.

I just started calling around in my area...only a few select Walmarts have them, and none in my area. But they are offering them for $99 after all the rebates!

Yeah it's a great place to look for new Verizon phones because a lot of people, like previously mentioned, don't know they're in there lol.

By local Sam's Club (Ohio) had 5 Storms Lastnight @ 7. Just chillin in the case, wanting to be purchased for $198.47

Why are people shocked that storms are available? Anyone rushing out to buy this without trying it first may find out why they're still available, their good phones but not great. If you have one and love it excellent. For those thinking of buying a Storm, just don't expect it to be the iphone killer that some want it to be IMO.

why post this? the fact is that i went to best buy and verizon and they looked at me like i was stupid trying to cop at 7pm. I have a Iphone and love it but for my business use i have verizon and would like to have this phone. Take you hate to another thread!

No best buy's near me have any. No one has any. I'm gonna have to mug someone to get one within the month.

Yep I called around to a few Best Buys last night. One of them mentioned that they were getting another shipment today. I stopped by at 08:30 this morning and the guy told me they were expecting around 10, 5 of which were already spoke for through pre-orders. He took my name at setup up an appointment for 11:00 this morning. I showed back up at 10:30 and they hadn't arrived yet. He took my cell phone number and I wandered around the store for a little while. He gave me a call around 11:00 and I was out the door a 1/2 hour later. They gave me the new contract price of $199 and another $50 for the NE2. Nice not to have to deal with any rebate forms. I completely forgot about the headset though.

I am pretty happy with the phone so far. I am not experiencing any problems and I am finding the touch screen pretty easy to type on. I definitely prefer it over my ipod touch's screen.
