    Just had a call from a customer saying that his Storm won't sync with his desktop manager. It says that he has to disable his wireless connections. so we turned off all connections and still it fails to sync. I have no idea what to say to him now. Any clues or help with this or anyone had a similar problem?

    I am having the same exact problem. It keeps telling me that the connection has been an unexpected termination. I have no idea what is going on. It was fine up until yesterday.
