    I have a client who's Storm was working fine after enterprise activation. Over time, it seemed that certain things stopped syncing correctly. Now, the device won't activate completely. We have attempted this about 6 times. There are 2 other Storms activated on the same Professional Software server. Professional Software is on a Windows Server 2003 box with Exchange 2003 SP2. I had the user go to a Verizon store and they did a wipe of the phone. We attempted activation again and it got stuck at 92%. It says his status on the server is running but only his email is coming through. I feel that there is a problem on the phone. Has anyone else had this problem? I know that there we're several bugs with the Storm when it first came out. I am not a BlackBerry user but we support clients who use them.
