Okay I just read this but the article said that RIM came out and announced that there was never a version above .65. The problem that occured was that they printed the wrong stickers. Some boxes have 2 stickers on them, those are the ones where they used the wrong sticker at first. I'm not sure if it's true or what to believe anymore but just thought I would share. Also if this is true does that mean that an update isn't in the near future (1-7 days) but maybe like (1-3 months away)? I'm not too worried about it anyways I know RIM is king when it comes to supporting their devices.

Well technically there was no OS above .65 it was the platform that changed from .76 to .82 to fix some issues. Next release will even fix more. Secondly just as an FYI you have a 9530 not a 9500 if you are with VZW
