Relatively new BB user, but have enjoyed reading this forum for quite some time. Thanks for all the help in the past !
Over the past few years, I have made hundreds of customized ringtones for my various phones (LG Voyager, Moto E815, etc.), and have always been able to use any of them as an audible alert to notify me when someone has left a voicemail message.
I can't seem to find a way to set it that way on the Blackberry Storm (using Verizon service). Am I missing a small detail in order to make it work ? With a phone as high-tech as the Storm, I'm amazed if we can't set it up that way. I can set up ringtone alerts for texts, email, etc., so figured I must be overlooking something. Please help, as I hate having to pull out my phone to look at the visible icon, showing there's a voicemail message.
