I just started using my Blackberry Storm last week. It was fine for the first few days then the screen wouldn't start up. Then it would come back on by itself. Now, the screen is very dim, almost completely black. I can only see an outline. I did a battery pull for 20 minutes. The red indicator light will flash. I can see the outline for Blackberry. I tried charging it again, indicator light will turn green. Sorry if this has been answered, I did a search and couldn't find a solution. I saw another user was able to turn it on in bright light, but mine still won't turn on.
