I don't see my browser icon, and Verizon technical support is telling me the Blackberry internet was bad today? What's going on? Anyone with the same problem?

you need to have your service books sent to you. sometimes you can re-register the host routing table and that will work. you can send the service books yourself if you have a bis account or call verizon and they will do it for you
