I am new here and tried to search for this with no luck. Does anyone know if there is a limit on the Storm as far as the number of contacts that can be synced with Outlook? I currently have about 1100 contacts...

shouldn't be a problem. I have outlook 2003 right now on BES and my at&t curve has about 1600 contacts with no issue, I can't imagine the storm has less, not to mention that it has loads of more memory!! good question though... that would suck if I lose my contacts lmao

With MS Outlook, if a contact has a photo, will that photo show up on your phone for that contact?

No limit. Only limit you have is memory. I know people with over 3000 entries on older BBs and they work fine.

Thanks for the info. That's disappointing. Do you know if the Storm displays the photo of the person calling, and if so, do you have to manually configure it per contact (as opposed to syncing with Outlook or another desktop app)?

Yes, but the picture in question needs to be on the phone (any memory location) and be assigned to the contact in the address book (done individually).

it does on the storm, i did it this morning.
