Hi,

I just bought an unlocked Storm but was wondering what happens when I upgrade the firmware? Will I get unlocked again or is it once unlocked it stays unlocked?

Thanks! But am having another issue... I can use the phone etc, but when trying to send service books through my service provider website, I need to register the PIN and IMEI - when I do that I get:

"the information you have provided is not valid for this service provider"

Can you help?
