I have a Storm 9500 that I have unlocked with UniquePhones and it works perfectly with a carrier.
But when I check Advanced Options>Sim Card and then type MPED it shows that the the network lock is still "Active"
My wife's Bold shows "Disabled"

Can someone who has unlocked their Storm check to see what there's shows?

When I unlocked my Storm (9530) it showed "Active" for Network and "Disabled" for everything else. Another carrier's SIM worked fine, though. At some point, however, Network changed to "Inactive" . . . not sure when.

Inactive here, never tried it though... got it done free over the net in another forum by remotely using their dongle.
