    HI, i got a question: ok can a storm be tracked if it was stolen "since its got GPS'? will it be locked? any ideas?? and if so is there any possible way of using it with out it being locked or tracked? or if the phone was locked from being stolen is there any possible way of unlocking it so where it usable for verizon again?? hint: hint: i can parkour.. .

    Yes it can be tracked by the provider, but you will have to have the police get that information from them... chances are if the phone is stolen, then they will report it stolen and you will never be able to activate it.
