Is there a way to use the storm 2 on T-Mobile and on Verizon prepaid because I have T-Mobile but I would like to get the storm and use Verizon when I don't have signal with T-Mobile is this possible

Verizon does not allow BBs to be used on prepaid. Why not just Verizon outright if you are so concerned about dropped T-Mobile service?

Because I still have a contract with T-Mobile for another year and a half

Really all you can do is get a dumb phone on prepaid or pay the ETF and dump T-Mobile.

Logically, even if you have a contract with tmobile and you moved to an area because of work or just have a new home, where tmobile does not have coverage, there is no penalty to pay to get out of contract and use a different carrier.
