From what I have seen, most people use Plazmic for theme creation, and we are all waiting on an updated version for the Storm to come out. But are there any other programs, or other methods, to creating themes out there? Or is this it?

I actually heard their will be themes for the storm at the end of the month

A torrent site. This person on them has many for the bold, and he/she is making them for the storm..
