    Which would you keep and why?

    Replacement #1
    - Moderately bad click screen
    - Great brightness and colors
    - Small screen gap and no dust after 3 weeks
    - Made in Mexico

    Replacement #2
    - Great click screen
    - Very dim
    - Gigantic screen gap
    - Made in Canada

    Neither. Try for a 3rd one. You should not have to deal with any of those issues on a $$$ device like the Storm.

    I say get another one, but if that's not something you want to do then try the Torx fix on the first one. If you have no dust after nearly a month, you are EXTREMELY lucky. If the Torx fix doesn't do the job, then definitely get a replacement.

    Do an electrical tape shim fix or torx fix on the first one. No dust after 3 weeks is a very good sign. Click is easy to fix, and screen seal and brightness are not.

    Agreed. The screen seal IMO, is a much bigger issue than the click. Like you said, it's easily fixed.
