Well I jumped ship from AT&T back to Verizon 2 weeks ago and went from the Bold to the Storm even though I was hesitant about the touchscreen.

I purchased the Phone from Sam's Club as it was 80$ less expensive that the Verizon Store.

I love the Phone but it is really slow when switching from applications to application and when switching screens from QWERTY to Full Keyboard. The sales guy said there was an update that needed to be done and it took about an hour to complete but he didnt elaborate as to where or how to do it. Can anyone enlighten me as to where and how to do this update???

have a look in the OS forum, there is a sticky at the top on how to upgrade your OS. it will speed things up for you

odd that a verizion guy would suggest it to you though, as they do not support the newer OS builds
