well my phone reset itself after recieving a text from verizon. It alerted me to a text but by the time i pulled it out of my pocket it was in the process of restarting,and yes i had the phone locked in my pocket so i didnt reset it myself. i called verizon tech support to see if maybe they had sent some kind of upgrade and that was why it reset, they said they didnt..... Any one else having a prob with this. any help would be appreciated
