Anyone remember how long it took the LG Dare to hit the streets once the internal info started flying around? May help us gauge the release of the Storm. Oct 15 still seems reasonable. But we need that website to go live again and FAST!!

My take is, once they go "public" with the announcement it should be a month or less till it get released. Then, I'll have one in my hands and quit waking up every morning to see if there is any new news on the Storm. I have never been so anxious for a phone to release.

I don't understand why they would use two dates for the marketing. I understand them placing a preference on businesses/mobile professionals, but that still seems strange that they'd delay the email to consumers... Hopefully my signup for my office is still valid from the limited time the page was up yesterday...

I don't know. It's a business machine/cool touch phone. Maybe they are launching it outside of "business hours" so business people can go out and shop for them with the entire family?
