What is the best, most stable OS for the Storm 9530, and where can I find download availability and instructions? I am currently running v.4.7.0.75, and it is disastrous! Why would anyone release this garbage?

I'm using .113..and its running like a champ. But a lot of the members here at CB swear up and down that .132 is the best or .141 is the best..different strokes for different folks.
