my guess is that when they were updating the site for the storm they accidentally put in the pricing of the curve ... caus the curve if the only 1 up there thats $99 after a $70 rebate
YOu do not even need PhotoShop (which is expensive). Just Save the Page to your desktop and edit it with Word, Notepad, whatever. Remove the leading 1 and save it.
Walmart is offering the same additional rebate as LetsTalk.com. ($100). You can get the phone for $99 after both rebates. There is catch though, you need to maintain at least a calling plan of $70 or more for at least 6 months or the extra $100 off is null and void. So they get their money back anyway by making you subscribe to more than you may need. For example if all you need is 450 anytime $40 and BB email/data $30 = $70, you CAN'T get the phone for $99.
Also, you would need to increase your calling plan by $20-$30.
$20 more over 6 months = $120. $30 more over 6 months = $180.
Sounds good on the surface, but like most things, please read the fine print.
