    When I plug in my Storm to my computer with windows 7 it doesn't recognize it and then the phone reboots. Works fine on Windows XP, What can i do to get this to work, other than go to Verizon again and get a new one.

    When I upgraded from Vista to Windows 7 I had to uninstall DM and redownload it. After that it's worked fine on Windows 7.

    I had to go to device managaer and remove the usb port, reboot, then plug my phone in and wait for it to install, works fine now.
