Once you do the MMS fix and the Keyboard fix, .114 is amazing, but RIM definitely needs to sort those 2 things out in later releases, if they haven't done so already since I believe there are much later OS versions for the 9530 now out than the .114 I'm currently using.
Thats pretty good you all are having no issues with .114!! I was having lag, battery drain, memory issues, everything you can think of so I decided to try the hybrid! Will see what happens.
My wife an I are both running .114 with the keyboard and mms fixes and it has been great. Memory is hovering between 36 to 40. After a battery pull the memory slowly works its way down until it 36, but everything is fast.
I added the .109 keyborad fix while upgrading to .114 but the MMS fix wasn't known at the time. Can someone please describe how to apply the MMS fix and, if possible, post the files that create said fix? Are there any other fixes that need to be applied?
well they just released .113 to vzw for testing, my friend is one of the testers so i'm gonna drop some knowledge on him on some of the bugs i've seen in previous versions to make sure they're gone before he even starts the testing scripts. prolly tonight or tomorrow, its my b-day so its partay time! will post findings asap.

You have to replace the mms.cod file with an older version, from the .86 I believe. Just type in mms fix for .109 in search forums and it should come up. The link to DL the old mms.cod file is in the posting as well. I did it and now the pic messaging, recieving and forwarding works on .114. Good Luck

another thing also is that i used 2 have the 109 in mine and tried the 114 but didnt like it bc of i couldnt dial numbers for voicemail so i went to go back to the 109 but i wont let me. i tried downloading it atleast 5 times and it doesnt show up in my desktop manager or apploader. only things that show is the .65 .75 and 114

It has been fantastic. It has been on with no reset of any kind since early yesterday morning. Between 26MB-35MB th entire time.
Currently at 28MB
This is good because, even on a fresh quickpull, my max memory is like 35MB. It use to be higher, but I installed a number of things which could be bringing it down.

.114 SUCKS *** its SLow its lag in the accelerator its frustrating
So I guess I should just stick with 109? I upgraded and then 3 days later 114 came out. I am amazed at how fast this thing is now with 109. Besides your gripe or anyone else, what is the advantage of 114 vs 109, because right now I am pretty happy.
i have to stick with .109 for now because i am having the same problems others are having with the lag switching between portrait and landscape and the data in/out disappearing.
