Att 3G is not new and has been around for a few years now and has many phones and smartphones running 3G on them so HOW is it that all of a sudden with the iPhone and Bold there are so many network issues? 3G Moto Q,3G 8525,3G Tilt, 3G Treo,3G Blackjack,3G Razrs, is it because iPhone & Bold are new??

Posted from my CrackBerry at wapforums.crackberry.com
It could be because the iPhone and Bold share the same exact chipset. At least I think they do, JRSCCivic98 does that sound right?

    Wouldn't Rev. 0 be 2G or 2.5G....

Not entirely sure, but just a thought
No, Rev 0 is 3G, and averages 400-700kbps, google it.

Thanks...like I said, wasn't sure. So all EVDO connections are technically 3G...its just the speed differences?

Rev. A has a faster downlink, MUCH faster uplink, and less latency. (When compared to Rev. 0)

BGR seems to always state that there is something wrong with the Storm, but then we have insiders who actually have the device or have at least used it that say there aren't any problems
