    I have had my Storm since the beginning and ran the software update. In the past few weeks it's freezing up a lot, and the only thing I can do is take out the battery and reboot. Yesterday it happened twice, and frequency is increasing. Went to a Verizon store, and they told me to rerun the update or wait for the next one, which is coming out soon.

    Anyone else experiencing this? Should I try to exercise the warranty and get a replacement?

    i am, my storm freezes up once a day atleast but thats why i watch a lot of video in my bb... i doesnt happens as often as when i had the .75
