Question about using the blackberry.flipswap.com trade in program and the $50 mail in rebate from verizon. How are we supposed to send both of them our Blackberry Storm proof of purchase?

Question about using the blackberry.flipswap.com trade in program and the $50 mail in rebate from verizon. How are we supposed to send both of them our Blackberry Storm proof of purchase?

I'm a virgin poster and you're my first!

Spoke to Verizon store in BJ's Warehouse. Because they are sold out, they are giving the $50 rebate on Storm at checkout in store, phone to be shipped by 12/15. Maybe you can go back and get the $50 credit in-person.

Flipswap site says:

What can I return as my Proof of Purchase?
A sales invoice or packing slip are both acceptable Proofs of Purchase. The packing slip should include your name, purchase date, purchase amount, purchase model and serial numbers and should come from one of Research in Motion's carrier or channel partners. Purchase Orders, Order Confirmations and Order Acknowledgments are generally not considered acceptable Proof of Purchase.
