Agreed, but the Storm Platform is one, and games and applications that work on the 9500 will work on the 9530.

lol 50,000 Euros is a tad bit more than $50,000.

50,000 euros = approx $70,000 USD = approx $85,000 CAD

It seems like some developers are weary of this, Vodafone would own all rights to the app software and intellectual property, paying you the 50k and showing you the door basically.

That creates a massive disincentive, so I'm glad Verizon isn't doing something like this.

Voda is VZdub; they own 45% of VZW.
I wasn't worried at all about apps following.
It's all about profits and long term growth.
Remember it is still a business.......................
