So just a quick question wondering if anyone could help, First let me say that I cant use the media manager on the BB software for unidentified reasons. Now the problem when I plug my storm into the computer I go into my computer and I open up the blackberry and two folders pop up device memory and media card, now I'm trying to put music into the media card and it never lets me transfer the files. Don't know what to do ???
