Okay... I just got off the phone with my local Verizon Wireless store.
This is how the math would work.
1st Storm
$249 - $50 Instant Rebate + $38.67 (7.75% of $499 the retail price of phone) - $100 New Every 2 Discount
2nd Storm
$38.67 (7.75% of $499 the retail price of phone)
TOTAL = $176.34
I only have one line on my account. I don't need a second line on my account. The store rep told me that in order to qualify for buy one get one free, both Storms have to be on the same account. Anybody willing to open an account under my account? We can split the total cost exactly in half ($176.34/2=$88.17) and we can be on our ways.
6 months after the line has been active, the account can be transferred to a different person's name. So basically, you'll have a Verizon Wireless account under my account for 6 months and get a Storm for $88.17.
