Re: Storm 9530------When recording video with the previous OS, I am used to hearing ample audio when playing back the recorded video. With the new OS (328) the audio level is attenuated to near inaudability!

However, when I play back video recorded on the same device before I upgraded to 328, the audio is normal.


Verizon tech dept. verified the problem on three of their 9530 Storms.

Verizon has issued a "problem ticket" and advised me that Blackberry is aware of the issue and will eventually issue a patch. Meantime, the video recorder is useless.

Shame on Blackberry, it's been 2 weeks and no patch.

I noticed this a long time ago when I did my firmware upgrade, didn't do anything about it then but now want to use the video cam for some stuff but audio is still useless, did you ever get a patch or are they abandoning our model because of the storm 2.

add me to the list, I noticed it with .419. No fix in the .591 or the hybrids.
