Why would they release older software when much newer -- and likely superior software -- is clearly already available for the device or are the much talked about .119 and .120, .130. .140 etc not that impressive and incredibly problematic?

They've been going up steadily. The last one was around 130 I believe. But like Civic already pointed out, this doesn't have multiple languages.

I'm downloading, but not installing until I hear some feedback. I just installed the .114 V.2 hybrid last night, two days after reinstalling .109 after two days of the previous .114 V.1 hybrid, which was 4 days after the leaked .114, which was.... oh you get the idea...lol! I guess the good news is I'm getting pretty good at copying and pasting files and installing OS's now! :D
