    I put the most recent sw on the device (Applications: 4.7.0.78
    Software Platform: 4.0.0.98) and it has locked it. Any ideas on how to unlock it again?

    What do you mean by locked? It kinda sounds that you may have 'bricked' the phone, but untill we know for sure what you mean we cant really help.

    Post as much info as you can and somebody will be along to asist.

    Thanks everyone, this forum is great! I phone has "Invalid SIM Card" and shows SOS in the signal meter. Before I updated the SW it worked fine.
