Yesterday night i put my Storm 9500 on charge for all the night and this morning when i woke up, i try to star it up and surprise, nothin happens only backlight and nothing, i let it in my house for approximatively 4 hours and when i come the backlight was already here.
So i tried to wipe my Storm 9500 with Jl Cmder and when the soft try to connect the phone nothing happens, idem with blackberry software desktop manager, i try to install the software and when it initialize the device, i have an error message : Unable to reconnect to the device during a multi-stage load operation.
I'm verry dissapointed and please everybody help me, i need my phone.
Excuse my english, i 'm from france and i'm a debutant in english.
