I have an unlocked storm 2 without data plan from ATT, there are some many applications I couldn't use. Is there any tricky way to mae those work? I am thinking of changing Iphone 4 if storm 2 is only useabe like a normal phone
If you don't have a data plan, then some of those apps won't work and that's all there is to it. There is no way to trick them as some of these apps require access to the BIS network. Without that access, it's a no go.
By the way, you'll have to get a data plan with the iPhone 4 as well (AT&T will make you). So you'll have to get a data plan regardless. At least with the Storm2, you can get a smaller data plan. But if you want to go for the iPhone, no one is stopping you.
