Is it just my phone or is the vibrate on this phone real weak. I thought it was the case/pouch I was using so I found a store that sold the otter box defender and picked it up.(30 bucks)
But I still don't feel the vibrate like I did with my curve. Is there a way to go into the phone and change the intensity.

mine is really weak too, even without a case and just on a holster, I can't feel it most of the time.

This has been discussed several times. It has to do with the mechanism used to make the S2 vibrate. It uses the piezo actuators to vibrate instead of an off balance motor.

It doesn't shake the whole phone. Just the screen vibrates. That's another reason its difficult to feel in pocket or holster if the screen is not facing you.

My holster and the pouch I had I make sure it always faces in so that the display doesn't get as damaged

I don't doubt it. It is still difficult to feel the vibration.

weird, my S2 seems stronger and louder for vibrate than my S1. Maybe i got good piezo's? lol

My phone must be different because mine is incredibly strong. It is audible while in my pocket.

There is a difference between "louder" and "stronger". Mine is very loud, but its difficult to feel many times. And if its in my pocket or I have the music turned up, then I don't heat it either. Sit it on the table though in a quiet room though and you'll think its a buzz saw.
