First of all Greeting everyone. I am new to this forum.

I have a storm 2 9520. After charging my phone up today I have noticed an error, a very annoying error infact!

I have done several battery pulls but I am unable to see my homescreen. Nothing I do loads up my homescreen. If I was to navigate I need to hold down the BB key or press the green button to make a call. Also I can not bring up any icons at all. Can someone please help me.

since battery pulls haven't solved your issue, you may need to reload the OS. (and start off with using it "clean" for a while before loading it up with a bunch of apps and/or themes, in case you've got some app-caused problem (unlikely, but since I don't know what you've got on your phone...))

I have a BB Storm 2 9520. What I have noticed is that I can view the menu by holding the phone horizontal (side ways). How can I do a clean install? Also can I backup all my data?

Use Desktop Manager to backup.
